Poetry success in P5 and P6
29th Nov 2013
Our Primary 5 and Primary 6 classes received fantastic news recently. Shane, Millie and Michelle were winning entries in the Navan Fort poetry competition about the Train Disaster of 1889. Michelle was an overall competition winner. On 27th November they went to Navan Fort for a special presentation and got to read their poems in celebration of their achievements.
We are all very proud of them, especially their parents, Mrs Kerr and Mrs Kelly, who attended the presentation with them.
