P5 enjoyed their visit to Tescos
12th Oct 2016
P5 went to Tescos on Thursday 6th October. We did the food trail which entailed tasting many varieties of cheese and then a visit to the bakery where the children heard about the bakers' early start and how 500 loaves of bread and 700 rolls were made daily. The children got to examine the fruit and veg aisles and recorded where in the world the produce came from! Finally we were treated to some wonderful healthy snacks in the staffroom. A really interesting morning out thanks to Tescos!
