Mindfulness Morning in Nursery

Thanks to Teresa from ‘Murray’s Mindfulness and Sensory Play’ for visiting nursery today. The children were using their senses to explore, engage and relax throughout our morning session. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the whole experience.
