Primary 4 have had a busy Maths week exploring lots of fantastic numeracy games and tasks.They all took part in the Maths week competition to design a 2D shape house and garden. Congratulations to Louis and Fionn who won the prizes for their fabulous designs. They also completed a scavenger hunt in small groups working together to find the answers and had a brilliant time in the process.I was very impressed with the team leaders Aine, Daire, Noah and Aoife who kept their teams on track and I saw lots of excellent team work.We had two winners. Congratulation to Daire’s team for hitting the buzzer first and Aine’s team for getting the most answers correct.On number day primary 4 completed a problem solving mystery task.Again excellent cooperation and opportunity to develop their numeracy skills.
