P5 decided to make the most of the good weather to plant some vegetables in the raised bed beside our classroom. We sowed carrot and lettuce seeds and learnt how to make drills in which these seeds were placed. Later on in the term we hope to grow beetroot,spring onions and new potatoes. We will be keeping a close eye on the vegetables and hopefully they will flourish.
