First Holy Communion
We are so proud of our very special Primary Four class who received their First Holy Communion last Saturday!
The twenty seven girls and boys had prepared so well for their special occasion and this was very evident in how reverently they participated in the mass. A special word of thanks to Mrs Kelly for all her hard work in preparing her class, to Father Greg, for the lovely way in which he celebrated the mass with the children and to the school choir and traditional group who added to the occasion with their beautiful music.
The children and their families enjoyed a delightful 'Communion Tea' in the hall afterwards organised by the parents of our Primary three class. A sincere thanks to all those who helped to make this possible.
It was a very memorable occasion for the children and their families and the attached photos have captured the joy and meaning of the day for the children!
