We had lots of fun baking blackberry and chocolate scones in Primary 3. The children really enjoyed the sensory experience of kneading the dough. They said that their scones were delicious, even if they were a little bit hard on the outside. As a follow up activity, Primary 3 were then able to sequence how they made their scones.
